The 8 features we would love you to have a go and explore are:

1) Your IWB is a large screen so think big, remember it works just like a touchscreen for your computer.

2) All IWB's work in layers.  This means you can drag objects around and hide and reveal.

3) Attention focusers.  Using tools such as spotlight and blind allow you to focus attention and begin great discussions.

4) Capturing tools.  Have an explore at the screen capture and camera tools.  Use them to capture evidence.

5) Resource library.  Every piece of IWB software has a resource library and it pays to know your way around it.

6) Self Assessment tools.  Some whiteboard software comes with self assessment tools but remember that when developing good historical thinking and deduction recalling one answer is not always the nest option.
