Scootle The access point for the Learning Federation Learning Objects plus more.
Connect The DEECD Connect includes unique environments for teachers, primary and secondary students. Users can search for websites, images, video and audio with all resources tagged according to audience. Topic lists of websites are clustered under VELS and direct links from each home page makes locating great resources quicker and easier!
E2bn Resources From the UK e2bn group, this section of the site is where you can find resources and information much of which is well suited to IWB's. The resources are arranged in subject areas and under the UK Key Stages.

Interact Part of the larger Physics.org site this selection of interactive websites and games show a whole different side of physics. Here you can find a cartoon street where you can explore the physics of life or take a look at a selection fo videos demonstrating physics principles in real life or even perform your own colonoscopy, (teacher guidance required).
UEN Interactives This page has a selection of interactives and other tools from the Utah Education Network, (this selection is aimed at years 7-12).
NVLM Interactives
A range of interactive online maths activities arranged in grade levels and topic areas.
PhET Online Physics
A collection of fun, interactive, research-based simulations of physical phenomena from the PhET project at the University of Colorado.

Lemelson Center presents Invention at Play

This online exhibit from the Lemenson Center includes Invention Playhouse. The Tinker Ball game in particular is a great physics based interactive. The site also includes Inventors’ Stories and a section called Does Play Matter?
Video Conversion and Capture Tools This is a list of tools that you can use to download Youtube.
Maps of War  This site contains some fascinating maps exploring events and changing practice over time.
Essay Map One of a range of great tools from the US National Council for the Teaching of English, this flash interactive helps students plan a story.
